Anorectal disorders are a group of medical disorders that occur at the junction of the anal canal and the rectum. Our surgeons are specially trained in diagnosing and treating a wide range of disorders of the rectum including diarrhea, hemorrhoids, abscesses, fistula, fissures, anal itching, warts and rectal prolapse.
Your physician will perform an exam to determine the best course of treatment. Often times treatment is available in an office setting. If after your examination, your physician determines that treatment will be more involved, you will be scheduled for a procedure in either an endoscopy center or outpatient facility. Our on-site schedulers will assist you with scheduling your procedure, and answering any questions you may have.
